What is the lead time and shipping time?
The lead time itself is 5-7 working days. The shipping time would be 3-5 working days by courier such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS. Sea freight takes much longer time and depends on the destination port.

What kind of payment terms do you accept?
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). It can be covered by a L/C (Letter of Credit). For smaller amounts, Western Union or PayPal are options as well.
How should we store nail gel polish products?
Gel polish is a light-sensitive product, therefore it is poured into light-proof plastic or glass containers. It should be stored away from sunlight, usually in dark places like a drawer. Kindly note that the refrigerator is not an option as the low temperature will thicken the product .

Curing times -What is the Curing time for Gel products?
This depends on the type of lamp and the lamp power expressed in watts (W). Drying time under a LED lamp is shorter than under UV lamps. Under a 48 W LED lamp, colour gels can be cured in as little as 30 seconds, base coats in 30-60 seconds and top coats in 45-60 seconds. Under a UV lamp, each step takes at least 120 seconds.
Is acetone dangerous for my nails?
Soaking nails in acetone is totally safe if the correct process is used. Applying petroleum jelly to your cuticles and fingertips before soaking will offer additional protection to your skin. Always read the relevant product label before using it.
What kinds of crows are applicable for UV nail gel?
Our UV nail gel polish is suitable for professional use or home use.
Gel polish won't stay on the sides and tips of nails after application, why?
This is known as colour “slippage”. You can prevent this by taking a dry, lint-free wipe and removing the layer of moisture after curing the base layer. Please DO NOT use cleanser. You want the surface to stay slightly tacky and cleanser will remove it completely. Another solution is to apply the first layer of colour and cure one nail at a time, not allowing it time to slip.
